"Our Host was so polite and so kind, we haven't had a holiday this amazing for a while. The location is 10/10, the bathroom was beautiful. The interior design was phenomenal. The staff was so nice. with local shops and cafes nearby so it wasn't a problem with buying essentials , gorgeous city and would return in the future "

"Oh dear. Having worked in hospitality and tourism for close to 30 years, I always try to find the positive when things go wrong but booking this apartment was a huge mistake. We arrived late on a Monday to find that it wasn’t the apartment that we’d actually booked on Expedia - it didn’t bear even a close resemblance - however we thought best make do and then speak to the agent the following day. Unfortunately by that point we’d found a seemingly endless list of snagging points including leaking...
