"Good stay overall."

"This was a last minute weekend getaway and I am so happy we booked. The Hotel was clean, smelled amazing, staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast options were also delicious."

I asked for help from the front desk and the woman said yes they get lots of complaints it’s hit or miss and they are looking into it. The pool is tiny. The loungers and sofas are all very worn out. "It was quite clean just 4 ppl in room but they only put 3 set of towel they didn’t replace the coffee and the pool opened too late ."

"We were on a road trip so at this point we had been to so many hotels, but this once was the best stereotypical hotel. By far the best hotel breakfast, and the rooms were bigger than my one bedroom apartment at home. Definitely would go back!"

"Location is convenient, but background noise from I-87 might be a problem for light sleepers. Room/bathroom was very clean; Maria at the front desk is wonderfully accommodating; breakfast is hot, with nice options (scrambled eggs, pancakes, French toast, hash browns, sausage, bacon); walkable to downtown."

"Convenient location, but very outdated and rundown. Our A/C unit could not be adjusted and the paper thin blanket that we had was insufficient to keep us warm. The power button on the remote control did not work, but TV could be turned on manually. There were several stains on the chair and debris in all of the drawers. Grab and go breakfast though was sufficient for our needs. Housekeeping and front desk person were nice."

"I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, room was very clean, bed was so comfortable, everything was nice. The only bad thing was the AC not being cold enough, we reported twice and the explanation they give me didn’t make sense at all. I requested a new room and the hotel was sold out. Breakfast was not included due to buffet being shut down"

"The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. But we were disappointed with a few things: 1) We arrived to find the air conditioning not working. And even after they fixed the thermostat, the air conditioning did not dehumidify the room properly. 2) The room darkening shades were not long enough. They ended before the end of the wall. So they were not so room darkening. 3) We were billed twice for our stay."
