We hadden de accommodatie gehuurd voor ons tweeën, omdat we onder de indruk waren van het huis, de beschrijving, het zwembad, de jacuzzi, sauna, de tuin. We hebben een geweldig mooi en relaxed verblijf gehad. We werden hartelijk welkom geheten door de dochter van de eigenaren. Een fles bubbels met nootjes en zoutjes kregen we bij aankomst. Heerlijk! "Place was comfortable enough for 4 with all the basic kitchen amenities. Location is very good, near many beautiful nature walk areas and Maastricht/Gulpen. One significant complaint was cleanliness. The plates in the cabinets were still dirty with food from previous guests, towels provided were stained, and the bathroom had quite some molding. Also of note, there is no free coffee for the nespresso machine nor tea. "

"We loved our 5 day stay at this hotel. All of the staff are very nice to deal with! The room was supper nice and the beds were really comfortable to sleep on. The breakfast was very tasty and had a lot of choices to choose from. The woman that managed it on 4 of the days we ate there, was unusually friendly, smiling and checking on us many times! They gave us good instructions on how to get to where we wanted to go ( museums and other attractions we wanted to see ). They also gave us umbrellas to use when ever it rained at no extra cost."

"Our room was perfect size, clean, bed very comfortable, cleaning staff good and helpful. Reception book in and out was quick and helpful. Information and taxi booking very efficient and helpful. Breakfast was enjoyable and sufficient, although the hot food we would have preferred a bit hotter. Staff were friendly and efficient, seated quickly. Gluten free was catered for and lots of choices. One member of staff, Angela Hang, was very helpful with my gf and also very professional, efficient and lovely to talk too. The only problem that we encountered was at breakfast on the Thursday. We felt invisible, seated quickly no problem there, took a while to be asked for our drinks order, was busy so understood, took my gf order. We were not asked for our egg order and could not get their attention, had to as for more milk twice and gave up and went to get. The lad did apologise about the milk. When asked when we left if all was okay I did say and write a comment on what happened. Very apologetic and a note and fruit was sent to our room apologising plus free drinks at the bar. That was nice and it was the only because of 1 member of staff I couldn’t fault the rest. The hotel could not have been more apologetic. Our stay was here was very good and we would return."
