"Unclear about extra fees and charges before checking in. There’s a charge for parking at $15/night. Deposit is $50/night. None of this info was disclosed on hotel website or third party one. Bathroom could’ve been cleaned thoroughly. Dishes were dirty, no ice machines in hotel where they offer kitchens. Had to switch rooms first night due to them being unprepared n not having the proper equipment needed to remove extra lock. Just a lot of inconveniences that could of be avoided if proper...

"The setup was great. As I’m familiar with the area, it was a good value in comparison to hotels/motels in the area. The community is quiet. The unit is to the back of the house, with cameras for security. It’s not a 5 star hotel. But, it definitely served it’s purpose. The property is approximately 4 minutes to NJ Turnpike/Goethall’s Bridge. While the owner has a sense of humor with the posting, there are no amenities. It’s not waterfront, or beach accessible. "Me and my daughter spent a week at Evonify. The communication with the host was perfect. The appartement very clean and we had everything we needed concerning kitchen- utensils. I couldn't make the dishwasher work but handwashed the plats etc. I can recommend Evonify to other tourists if you can imagine to walk 15 min to Elizabeth station. You also have Citi Grocery nearby for food shopping. Thank you for a pleasant stay. "
