"We had a good stay at this hotel. The room was convenient and of reasonable size. The check in and out were seamless. The breakfast at the hotel was expensive but convenient for the first morning. The park right across the street was nice and we enjoyed walking the trails."

"I ticked the box showing we would arrive between 10am and 12 noon but hotel was locked when we arrived at 11am. Rang phone number on the door and was told no-one would arrive before 2.30pm as they were on lunch break. So we could not leave our bags. Someone did arrive shortly after 2.30 and gave us a key to room and side door. By the time we left at 11am on Wednesday we saw no-one reappear in reception. Curtains half size of window so bright very early. Door to bathroom was smashed where lock...
