"Les numéros de réservation ne m'ont pas été communiquées à temps il a fallu appeler le service client BB HOTEL afin que je puisse accéder à la chambre. Attente 20 minutes à la borne, avec d'autres clients dans le même cas. Sinon séjour très calme et propreté impeccable."

"O quarto, apesar de pequeno, era bastante confortavel e limpo. Acesso ao estacionamento facil. Nao tomamos café da manhã no hotel. Preferimos tomar no centro historico (recomendo). O único problema é que o ar condicionado nao gelava o quarto (que era bem quente). Mas, como estava frio foi só abrir ..."
