"BETTER than we expected!! From check-in to check-out, friendly, helpful on everything. The room was updated with nice furnishings, amenities, "and just like home" vibe. Full kitchen stocked with everything you need for cooking etc. Our view was amazing!! The location was perfect central to Walgreens, CVS, and many top casinos, also to deuce bus pick up. Ride share pick up/drop off next door covered lot, technically shared with The Cosmopolitan. We were able to go to the Cosmopolitan pool...

"Spent 3 nights, no housekeeping- we expected at least enough supplies. Toilet paper was insufficient. Iron was working wonky. Texted the number given to us- no response. The tower 1 pool closes at 6pm. Lazy river pool was shut down for the week. If you’re looking just for a place to sleep for budget it’s fine, don’t expect it to be more."

"Excellent location, a beautiful setting with great amenities and access to everything Incline Village and Lake Tahoe has to offer. To pick one fault however, it was the cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms and properties. Upon arrival, we found food crumbs and popcorn on the bedroom floor.
