"The kitchen was not great. No microwave, had expresso machine we prefer coffee pot or kuerig they did bring after asking twice. No dish towel or dish soap ect. Pretty sparse."

"We returned to this hotel after it had be renovated. We were there during the reno before. The front desk staff were super friendly and were very welcoming. I had to ask one of the cleaning staff for an extra towel and she was very kind and helpful. This hotel is at the end of the shopping area right across the street from the Sam’s! The pool looked very nice even though we didn’t use it. The breakfast was great. Lots of selection and the area was very clean. We would definitely book...

"I had spiders and ants in my room. What the heck? There were hole in the bathroom wall. The bathroom door wouldn’t stay open. They did not come and service my room from Mon tell I departed on Friday. I sent a video to the hotel of the terrible conditions no one responded. "

"The room was clean and in excellent shape. Unfortunately, our stay was ruined by other guests. The hotel was advertised as non-smoking, but other guests ignored that. Our bathroom smelled of secondhand smoke, badly. We had to keep the door closed to keep the odor out of the room."

"The staff was not helpful when we asked for help nor were they friendly about it. We did not get the room that we had reserved for a family of four making a miserable night’s stay. The pool was not clean and cool. The hallways and common areas reeked of marijuana. We will not book here again in the future."
