"Had a great stay. The house was immaculate, cozy, close to tons of shops and restaurants. All areas of town were easily accessible. The back yard and fire pit was a great escape. We had an amazing time in Wilmington and will choose this property again if it's available for a future visit. Pet friendly, clean, and we'll maintained. Thank you!"

"Got to property and didn’t even check in, House is in good condition but every house around it is dilapidated. We felt very unsafe and like we were being targeted, I would not stay here and I’m very open and typically not a fearful person. This is not a good area and truly believe we had a chance of being robbed, my son overheard people riding by on their bikes talking about drug transactions. Not as advertise and very disappointing. Owner did not give us even a partial refund so maybe be sure...
