"The parking situation is very unclear. There is a small sign far from the lot that warns of towing but nothing in the area where you park. No significant warnings in communications with host."

"Was unable to enter the unit as the key was not available in the Lockbox. Landing (the rental company) was unable to locate the key, which was apparently with the cleaning staff, who were unavailable. We ended up having to rent another property for our visit."

"The place was not cleaned beforehand. It looked like someone was sleeping in the bed before I got there. The sheets were not changed and had blood stains on them. They had to call someone to come clean the place while I was still staying because no cleaning was done before I arrived. There was leftover food on the stove. The cleaners took the comforter and did not replace it. Overall, terrible experience."

"This was not a hotel, it was just someone's exta bedroom. I checked out 10 minutes after checking in and got another hotel. It just did not feel safe. There was no private bathroom, and i dont think there is shower. "
