"I had a great stay at the New Haven Hotel. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond by offering helpful tips on local places to eat, which made the trip even better. There was plenty of parking available, which made coming and going easy and stress-free. The hotel itself was very clean throughout, and the beds were comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. I would definitely stay here again."

"The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff is really great! Our room must have had a lose pipe or vent in the wall behind the shower so it would bang on the wall alot. Once we got used to it it wasnt bad. That is my only complaint. The stay other then that was great!"

"Very disappointed. Best Western Executive hotel are definitely off my list of places to stay. I have never been charged $200. for incidentals on registration. I see this as a cash grab. The carpet in the room was dirty as well as the floor in the bathroom. The eggs at breakfast tasted like rubber and I was really taken back when I witnessed the breakfast person on his phone and then placing muffins in the case with his bare hands. Not good!"

"The main issue at this property all though this person is excellent at checking you. But there customer I have only seen employees act like this in this area of Connecticut. No respect no manners go back and forth with you. Like your money as no value. That shirt indian guy works at the Red Carpet Inn. Everyone vaho stay there doesn't like dealing with this guy. Very rude and out of Pocket . He a liability."

"My only real complaint or concern about the room is the free stand AC/heat unit which is very loud and you could hear a clanking noise which upsets my sleep. I had to shut the unit off and use extra blankets. Other than that, the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good and it was very convenient to the airport. "

"First of all, I have stayed in the Hampton Inn before and really liked it. When I first arrived, I thought the hotel was closed because the entrance was blocked off and it looled abandoned. I drove a little further and found another entrance. As before, the staff was wonderful and the room was clean and comfortable. The bed, however, was not - it was not firm or supportive.
