I would like to complain and request you to quickly solve my issue with New Haven Village & Suits with the below details:
17 July: my flight to US was delayed one day due to bad weather in Beijing, I have called Expedia to inform about this delay, there was one lady from the US picked up my call and quickly confirmed that my two day booking (check in 18 and check out 20) with New Haven Village & Suits cannot be refunded one night, however the hotel confirmed that my booking remain one night and I can stay on 19th July, I have received updated confirmation from Expedia for 2 nights, not 1 night.
19 July: I arrived New Haven Village & Suits around 6:00 - 7:00pm, there was one lady called Linda handle check-in counter said that Expedia has canceled my 2 nights and therefore I do not have any accommodation on that day, I was tried to call Expedia 24 hours number but no one pick up my phone. After a while trying with no response, Linda asked me to give her my credit card which I used to settle the booking payment for her to check, she hold my credit card a while and return to me with confirmation that she will give me one night accommodation with no charge, she just check my credit card for sure.
20 July: After I check out in the morning, my credit card has been deducted US$ 118.86 at 2:51pm, I have called them, they said it was a mistake and confirmed to refund me that amount via email, however I have not received any email from them, neither my above mentioned amount of
