"Property was clean and very convenient for airport. Shuttle ran every half hour even at 4:00 am. Check in was prompt and professional. Would stay there again for an early morning flight. "

"Very busy hotel for travelers. Does a good job managing the flow. Room was clean and beds were comfortable.very quiet which we appreciated. Room was a little warm and stuffy though, even with air and fan on. Provided buffet breakfast was ok, filled the hole in our tummies. But pretty mediocre. We would stay again if we were cruising out of Cape Liberty. We left our car there for $20 night which is pretty affordable. $40 uber to cruise terminal."

"I was very pleased with the choice of this hotel. The staff was very welcoming and efficient. The bed was comfortable and I was delighted to find a wooden floor in our room rather than carpeting. The breakfast was excellent featuring real scrambled eggs and fresh berries as the fruit offering. I would definitely choose the Best Western in Morristown on a return trip."

"This hotel is not as it appears. It is run down, dirty and it smells horrible. I flew in late and the “free shuttle” from the airport that is supposed to be there every 15 minutes never showed up. I ended up taking a taxi 1.2 miles for $62. Breakfast was supposed to open at 6am. I got there at 6. No one was there. I came back at 6:25, still nobody was there. I asked the desk when they open. She said “6” and just looked at it. It was 6:30 by then. There was food on the lobby floor when I...

"Clean rooms, staff are nice and the bar and food are great. This accommodation is in the industrial area so you cannot access anything by walking around, you need to take the shuttle back to the airport to go anywhere. And the transport in USA is the worst I have ever seen. It takes hours to get anywhere "
