"I didn’t expect the pool to be closed in May, but it was a closed for the season. The breakfast was excellent every morning with lots of options and responsive staff. The hotel staff were nice and responsive. No trouble getting extra linens, blankets or towels. I was by the exit door that slammed quite a bit. Otherwise it was a quiet place to stay for a few days. "Only one complaint. We booked an allergy free room (no feathers, no pets). I am allergic to both. She booked us with no issues. We get there and the front desk person said that all of their rooms are pet friendly. Big issue for someone with allergies. I love dogs but I am allergic. We should have been told up front that they can’t accommodate us!!!!!!!"

"We got to the property and it had some sketchy vibes to it. The pool was closed for maintenance and we were not told beforehand. It was very unfortunate since that was what my kids were looking forward to the most. The facility seemed unclean, not filthy, but kinda gross feeling. The staff was helpful and offered other things to do in the area since the pool was closed for maintenance. They were kind enough to get us adjoining rooms as well."

"Stayed at this hotel for the weekend. Very nice hotel. Check in was easy. Stayed in king size bed room, with couch sofa. It was nice, didn’t use the sofa, but the room size was good for 2 ppl. Maybe it would be alittle crowded with more. Their beds are really comfortable. And showers have great pressure. The toilet acted up on our second day, but smone came out and took care of it right away. The only con I’d give is for their buffet breakfast they offer 3 different kinds of bacon products. It...

"Very clean and welcoming "

"Our room was ok, shade was broken, some pretty bad stains on the carpet that may have been spilled food or possibly vomit. Tub/shower was dingy. Definitely in need of a remodel. Rooms are cleaned every other day which is not what we would expect but seems to be a theme since Covid. I had to ask twice for basics such as clean towels and coffee supplies. When housekeeping finally came after the second request they were very accommodating. Nice location though, plenty of nice restaurants nearby."

"Facility on the whole a little bit dated. When we got there were AC units sitting in the parking lot. Our room had everything that was described but our room did have an odor of old wood. It was an okay stay, but nothing spectacular."
