You mentioned that you were supposed to stay at a motel, and that they had a pipe burst emergency, therefore they cancelled your reservation. Unfortunately, I believe you have us confused with someplace else. I've researched your reservation and found that you stayed with us on May 17th. You checked in at our front desk around 20:00hrs/8:30 pm where you were assigned your room and informed about our breakfast. You checked out the next morning with the front desk @ 08:49hrs/8:49am. You were asked if you were checking out and your response was yes. You were informed that you were all set, as you prepaid through a 3rd party, and to have a nice day. Your response was thanks. This is what leads me to believe that you are speaking of a different hotel/motel. We would appreciate it if you would remove this review as we did not have any pipes burst this past weekend.
