"2nd time staying at the property. Really impressed with the smart toilet and the renovated room. However, bed mattress hard to sleep on....requested mattress topper for the 2nd night but not received. We resorted to using a spare doona to aid the mattress comfortability on one of the beds"

"Really loved the smell when you enter in reception area, reminded me trip to Cancun, all in all very noce hotel, really tidy, noce rooms,comfortable bed and close to public transport "

Lounge is dirty. 10am checkout is unheard of these days, most places are 11am checkout and often agree to a complimentary 12pm checkout when requested, which is a lovely touch! Overall, a comfy stay just a stones throw away from darling harbour. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment. We loved the fully equiped kitchens and washer and dryer. "

"We liked the size of our apartment and the level it was on (Level 26) Liked the service by Shari in looking after us. Liked the spa and pool area (pool cold though and spa stopped working) Liked the area the hotel is in although it can be noisy with traffic, construction work and air cond plants nearby We disliked the fact the pools were out of service for half the stay. The service people for the pool seemed to take a long time coming and then fixing the pools. "

"Expedia's system had an issue and we were told that our booking has been cancelled when we arrived. But the receptionist was very helpful and patient, she rebooked us without getting confirmation from Expedia. Very grateful, otherwise it would be very hard for us to deal with the angry and tired kids! "
