Khách sạn New Warm Springs , Bang Washington

"Great location. Friendly staff. Well stocked and maintained breakfast. Good pool area. Carpet, wallpaper, doors, and paint definitely in need of replacement."

"The room was clean. We had to request extra blankets to set up the couch beds but the staff was very helpful in providing those. The breakfast was great and perfect to start the day. The waffles maker was a big hit with the kid."

"Front desk staff very personal and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of fresh options."

"The main issue at this Courtyard Marriot was the overwhelmingly smell of raw sewage in the room. They are under renovations which I believe contributed to this and other minor issues. No hot water first day, one elevator out of service for a few days, inadequate drawer space for clothes. Just wasn’t a pleasant stay for us. I will say the Staff was extremely helpful and tried to accommodate us but the smell was overwhelming! We checked out a day early and went elsewhere."

"We wished our room had a tub and that the motel had a continental breakfast. We loved the kitchen and that you tube was available on the tv."

"The staff were all very helpful. I lost the key fob for by rental car and a front desk staff member found it."

"Rooms were clean. Bring your own soap because the little bar they provide is beyond small. Breakfast was ok but quickly gone"

"The beds weren’t comfortable and we ended up with back pain. There was very little water pressure in the shower that it took a long time to rinse shampoo out of hair. On the last day the shower had almost no water. I barely had anything to rinse soap off. And even turned all the way hot it was barely warm. Even the sink didn’t have warm water. Or water at all. It was a trickle on the warm side. Definitely won’t stay there again"

"Liked the kitchen and friendly staff."

"location, great experience"

"It’s location to downtown and the numerous good restaurants and shops"

"Absolute blown away by how amazing this hotel was. Me and my husband came here after our wedding and they went above and beyond to make it special for us. Completely unexpected and would definitely stay here again!"

"Excellent property. Will definitely recommend to everyone. Very spacious room and very clean property and gorgeous views. If you want to relax in southern Utah, this is a property to stay at…."

"I have not stayed much in Tru hotels and I am not used to having no drawers. I adapted well. Only complaint I had was with water pressure in the shower. Food was good. Employees are awesome and very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable."
