Hotel Edison Times Square
Great location (head away from Broadway and find restaurant row over 8th). Comfortable, but small, rooms. Good options with free breakfast. Rum House worth a visit (or two)

DoubleTree by Hilton New York Downtown
Great room and space was fine - was thinking room would be smaller! Coffee maker was a bonus. Staff at desk were always lovely and friendly. Mostly fine for waiting for lifts/elevators but at busier times was a longer wait. There are 3 though so wasn’t too bad as other reviews worried me about this ...

Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel
The location is good but everything else is not. Gym looks like it has never been cleaned. The shower had mold, and tub drain didn’t work well. The carper was dirty, the chairs were dirty. The rooms are as when hotel first opened and very outdated.

NEW YORKER BY LOTTE HOTELS
Excellent hotel right near Penn Station. Large and clean room. Staff was very friendly. Held our bag after we checked out until we headed out to the airport. Highly recommended!
