Elevators are too slow for the high demand of people trying to get to their rooms or even leave the property. The staff was nice and the location is pretty accessible for trains stations around the area.

This hotel is conveniently located near to the airport and the free 24/7 shuttle is even more convenient. Staff was excellent, very responsive and were always very helpful. Hero helped us with all our bags and loaded our car for us when we left. Great stay in a great location.
