"I was surprised how polite the staff were, as I usually have mixed interactions with NYC hotels. Especially in the “budget” realm. However, the front desk staff were always friendly and the room was much better than I expected. Small but…it’s in NYC. The shower was outstanding, with 2 different head options and the bed was fairly comfortable for budget accommodations. Heat worked well too. Oh! And I never had to wait for an elevator which was a surprise. Highly recommend!"
