"Clean hotel in a great location, terrific staff. Felt safe. Rooms comfortable, easy to sleep in. My only gripe is that 3 small elevators serve the entire building of 44 floors! We were often waiting for a LONG time for the elevator to come to or take us to the 17th floor."

"The location was great If you are going to an event at madison square garden. It's a short walk ,or one stop on the subway to times square. When I arrived , there was a strong odor of marijuana in the lobby. I paid for an upgraded room and got a spacious renovated room with a view of MSG. Parking was around the block. I was allowed to unload and load the car in front of the hotel. It was very convenient that the hotel had 2 restaurants and a 24 hour diner in the building. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Only 4 floors had an ice machine in this hotel with 45 floors. My floors did not have an ice machine. I liked this hotel. Book an upgraded room."

"Clean, safe, and a wonderful room for our family stay in NYC. Staff was very helpful and we really enjoyed the breakfast options that were included. The staff even gave us four vouchers for everyday since we had four in our party."

"It was perfect for my stay :) The staff was fantastic and so helpful, Ingeard that it has not been renovated in .. awhile and it showed but honestly… when you’re in NY and staying in Mid town … you’re not hanging in your room Overall would def recommend it’s convenient affordable has a gym and super central! "Don’t get me wrong the staff was extremely friendly and the location was great however that’s pretty much where it stops. The air in the room didn’t work and the radiator made a rattling noise the entire night which kept me up. The bed was extremely hard, the tv only had 3 working channels, and the bathroom had an overwhelming musky odor that smelled like a nursing home. Also the water in the shower kept stopping suddenly. Overall the place really needs a face lift and some work. "

"Very kind front desk staff, but all else is mediocre. Elevators need service, rooms are cramped, towels are paper thin, cracked paint, and bad water pressure. Front desk let me check in early and check out was easy, but I would be hard pressed to stay here again. "
