This hotel is easy to find, located close to several subway and transit options, and is near several landmarks. I was happy to have a quiet nights rest each night and enjoyed the friendly service!

The ice machine was extremely loud and it interrupted my sleep through out the night. I believe it was broken, so it was making a banging loud noise throughout the night. Unfortunately this led to a night of tossing, turning and a unrestful sleep. I spoke with the manager, Shantel and explained I the lack of quietness and lack of sleep and she has agreed to refund one night stay.

The room was clean and comfortable enough. The room was a reasonable size by NYC standards, the bed was comfortable, the wifi worked, it was quiet, and they pasted out free bottles of water at the front desk (another big prek when in NYC). The location was great if you're looking to stay down town. I think it was overpriced for what it was but, it was fine.

I like how it’s pretty close to world trade center. Shower is also nice, hot water too. Im a germaphobe and hate staying in hotels but overall I felt pretty safe in this hotel.

We LOVED this hotel! It has a great location in a safe area and the accommodations and facilities are in good shape. If we ever come back to NYC we're definitely considering staying again here!

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral,gegenüber der Staten Island Ferry.Fußläufig sind auch einige Subway Stationen und der Pier 11,so das man überall gut hinkommt.Es sind ausreichend Geschäfte in der Umgebung und die Lage ist sicher und ruhig.Das Hotel Personal war immer sehr freundlich,einzig bei dem Housekeeping gibt es noch Verbesserungbedarf,bei meinem 10 tägigen Aufenthalt waren sie 2 mal nicht da,und mal durchsaugen wäre auch mal angebracht gewesen.Ich finde das kann man für ein 4 Sterne Hotel vorallem bei den Preisen durchaus erwarten.In der Lobby konnte man sich bis 10Uhr Kaffee nehmen und in der 2. Etage gab es Frühstück gegen Extra Bezahlung.Ich würde aufjeden Fall wieder kommen.

AC/heater didn’t work. Coffee maker had old standing water that wouldn’t drain, fruit flies in the bathroom, and someone else’s pubic hair in the shower. Bad experience.

Bery good cost/benefit ratio. Location is perfect for visiting the city as wall street, 9/11 memorial etc. are just around the corner. Subway stations south ferry and bowling green you can get around super easy and fast.

Hotel situato in una posizione strategica per prendere la METRO e andare in qualsiasi zona del centro. Quartiere stupendo, pieno di locali e ristoranti, tranquilli e di moda. L'hotel ha un personale gentilissimo che accoglie ed è sempre presente per ogni richiesta. Personale della pulizia efficiente! Ci hanno pulito la stanza ogni giorno e cambiato gli asciugamani con attenzione e discrezione. Consiglio per chi non vuole stare in centro, in mezzo alla confusione e rischiare di aspettare l'ascensore per 30 min nelle ore di punta o per la colazione.

Trotz Zimmer im obersten Stockwerk war es sehr laut. Baustelle direkt vor dem Haus. Fenster schließen nicht richtig, daher ist alles zu hören. Und diese Stadt schläft nie. Zimmer war sehr beengt. Mit Koffern kaum mehr Möglichkeiten zu Laufen. Wir wurden am letzten Tag außerdem hereingelegt von einem der Mitarbeiter der Rezeption. Er würde uns ein Taxi zum Flughafen besorgen. Stellte sich am Ende heraus, dass es ein privater Fahrservice war, der mehr kostete als ein normales Taxi... Fühlten uns in dem Moment hintergangen, hatten aber keine andere Möglichkeit mehr um rechtzeitig zum Flughafen zu kommen. Tipp: Kümmert euch selbst um euren Transport zum Flughafen, dann können gut und gerne 40$ gespart werden.

This property was perfect! From the staff to the cleanliness of the hotel compared to other hotels in NYC. The staff were very welcoming and always had great attitudes, especially Nikita from the front desk! She was awesome to work with and quick. The second floor bar was very convenient if you’d like to eat or get a quick drink before heading out ( Reimy is a wonderful bartender).For the women who are solo travelers, I stayed here for my 31st birthday and they made me feel special. I had a wonderful stay and will recommend to friends !! Thank you guys !

good hotel at the end of the "1-subway-line". fast transfers to town. an a great team at the front desk! especially Nakita and Victor, but also Laura, Imra an An. They were so nice with our little daughter! and very helpfull! The engeneer of the house even fixed our stroller!
