The room was nice, the bellman were very polite and accommodating;however, the front desk check in ladies were not welcoming or polite. DoubleTree by Hilton New York Downtown
Elevators are too slow for the high demand of people trying to get to their rooms or even leave the property. The staff was nice and the location is pretty accessible for trains stations around the area.
