"My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was unable to access my room because the door code provided did not work. I had to contact reception and wait approximately 10 minutes on the phone before a replacement code was issued.

"Good location very clean comfortable but basic. We were on the top floor so a lot of stairs - wouldn't work for anyone with mobility issues. I think being on the top floor meant it was quiet and no real road traffic noise. The property is on a busy main road. Parking is available but tight if you end up at the far end. Room was warm beds comfortable and bedding good."

"This apartment was fantastic! Just perfect for a two night stay. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, spotlessly clean and staff were amazing and super helpful. Location was perfect for city centre and within walking distance of pretty much everything! Will definitely stay there again. Thanks guys! x"

"Had a couple of nights stay at the property for a social event in Derby.
Check-in was very easy, as was communication with the host; the property benefits from private secure parking at the rear. Key collection is automated and went without a hitch.
The property itself was well appointed with everything needed for a stay and benefits from a nearby shop plus a few pubs within a 5 minute walk. The walk in to town was approximately 15 minutes.

"It was all good. Had everything we needed.
Lovely bright modern room. Most comfortable bed. Good bathroom and kitchen. Washing machine and dishwasher.
Chosen because there was secure parking.
Great place to meet granddaughter at Sheffield Uni.
Huge choice of restaurants and takeaways
on the doorstep."

"Advert says they have parking, they don't have parking and it is difficult to access via car. Staff are brilliant. Rooms run down but it is cheap"
