"Only minor issue was the sound of the bar, but that went just after 11pm and wasn't too bad. Everything else was good, enjoyed breakfast and the location was ideal"

"Rooms are very tired, dated and not standardised, carpets very dirty in rooms. Television reception was so poor that made viewing anything not possible. "I stayed here whilst visiting Vicar Water County parkrun. It honestly felt as if I was staying with a family member, very friendly and great attention to detail to detail. My room was spotless and had everything I could have possibly needed. I ordered poached eggs and mushrooms on toast for breakfast, it was cooked to perfection. I can’t praise the owners enough."
