The outside property looked completely trashed with garbage everywhere and broken appliances left around. We tried to ignore it and hoped the cabin itself would be better, but it was just as bad inside. The cabin looked like it had not been properly cleaned in a very long time. "they did not send me check in instructions and blamed the booking on using expedia. They did not handle maintenance issues. Clearly they were trying to save money and didn't fix the lock to a an exterior patio door. we were on the first floor and in 5 days they didn't fix it. Microwave was unable to lower power so all food was burning hot. body wash not refilled. It's clear that they did not inspect the unit before the new renter came. Disappointing."

The faucet was dripping continuosly at the sink near the beds, the air conditioner was not functioning and the curtains were too small to cover the entire screen door.
