"Nice, clean rooms in a beautiful old villa. Quiet location and close to Newcastle city center or shopping, just a few minutes by car. Very friendly hosts and staff, award winning restaurant on site and a nice garden - if the weather permits it. We enjoyed staying there and can recommend this hotel. "

"It was great. Stayed while passing through, so we were only there one night. Close to food. I can’t remember what we did nearby, but it seemed like a nice place to stay for a couple of days. We were heading from Scotland to London though, so no time for a stop. Only thing we found was that there was no oven. Slightly inconvenient since we bought pizzas to cook. "We had issue with our original property. However, it was esybto communicate with the staff and they promptly moved us to a different property which is even much more better than the previous. Staff were courteous and responded to our needs promptly. Its been less than a few days we moved out. Hence, i am awaiting a refund of the deposit paid. Otherwise, i appreciate the service provided."

The communication from the property management team was good, with clear guidance on entry, location etc. That’s where it starts to go wrong. "Spotless apartment, very large double bed incredibly comfortable, pre arrival communication and information excellent, everything we needed for a 4 night stay. We were in apartment 4 on the second floor, no views but we knew that when we booked, right on the seafront. If we are that way again would definitely stay again."

"Was there for one night for work. Crack in side of bath, kitchen had very basic utensils.the apartment stank of cigarette smoke . Was only there as hotels were shut so wasn't expecting the lap of luxury but it was way below standard for money."

"The booking stated we would receive soap and shampoo. The owner stated that they would not provide shampoo - which I'd not packed. I also had to contact the owner on the evening of our arrival to complain that there was no soap. This was dropped through the letterbox the following morning. The property was not clean.
