The staff are so thoughtful and go beyond the call of duty- Trish was on when I arrived at 3am after having a day in hospital and she could not do enough to try to be kind and helpful

Rydges Newcastle
The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was larger than i had expected it to be which was great. The location was good as it was close to the places i was going and had the lightrail just around the corner which was handy.
