"Definitely okay for a budget friendly place: Pros: - shower is hot - there was a fridge in my room however it was hidden in a cupboard so i didn’t realise for a day - comfy bed - good air conditioning on both coolness and warmth - internet has good connection - convenient for beach access and many bars/cafes in walking distance Cons: - no parking, most areas close by are packed if free or you have to pay for - lack of utensils, we had one singular spoon, no knives or forks, also only one...

"Tidy rooms, convenient hotel parking and access. Right near the tram lines/train station but no noise either!"

"Beautiful beach front location, helpful staff. Great place"

"Recently refurbished room, very clean and comfortable. My only complaint was the shower had no water pressure and was almost dripping out of the rain head which made the experience frustrating and slow."

"Location is excellent though my rooms were not beach facing but property itself is close to beach. Amenities are very few but room sizes are decent. Food is average."

"This was my second stay in 6 weeks, so I guess that speaks for itself. Friendly & helpful reception staff. Excellent location. Quality bedding and linen. Generous size room stocked with crockery etc…for a comfortable & convenient stay. Great complimentary products. Onsite secure parking. Has become my number one choice when staying in Newcastle."

"Very close to shops and restaurants walkable. Friendly staff"

"Clean room, quiet and very convenient!"

"Checking in was simple and the bar staff were all lovely. The pub had a great vibe, smiles all round, great food, and a balcony with seating upstairs. Will be back"

"Another great stay."

"Our room was very good and clean, staff helpful. Enjoyed Wests Club so close to our accommodation. Great food and service from nice helpful staff. A great setup for our stay there."
