"Positives - Upon checking in was met with friendly receptionist. Firstly I must say how clean the room was, the entertainment options like foxtel is refreshing. And really enjoyed the biscuit selection. Negatives - It was nearing dinner and upon looking for any cutlery or plates before ordering food, there were none located in the room other than coffee mugs and teaspoons. "Great stay"

"Comfortable and clean"

"Chambre correcte mais très sombre. Piscine fermée car non entretenue: eau verte et barbecue sale qui ne chauffe plus"

"Kyah was a great stay. Property including spa and staff were lovely. The bed was the only downfall which loses 1 star. The sheets were not fitted and the doona cover was also two sheets together so was always riding up. Each morning we would end up sleeping half on the mattress. If they improve the bedding this place would be 5/5."

"This fully renovated Victorian hotel is a rare gem. The stained glass and intricately cut mouldings are gorgeous. The dining room is outstanding. I could imagine eating in there in the 1800's. The garden area in front was also lovely. We ate in the restaurant there, and the food and service was excellent. I felt like a queen at this place. The only thing I would change would be the nude artwork above our bed. Be sure to take time for some tea and scones."

The shower had shaving stubble on the wall, so cleanliness could've been better, and there was no bathmat provided for the freezing cold floor. Also, I went during the week, and the workers staying there were very loud when they...
