Tìm Chalet tại Neyyattinkara

"The property is in a breathtaking location and the premises are also maintained very well. Rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. Both the infinity pools were really nice (one of them is exclusive to the club room bookings). All the staff were very cordial and cooperative. The chefs at the restaurant made custom dishes for our daughter's liking. Tides restaurant at the beach side has a great menu and good food. All in all, it was a great experience and we'll definitely be returning."

"Friendly staff, superb breakfast and clean beach"

"We went for this place to enjoy the beach, beach resort - this was a wellness spa and the beach is messed up with port construction- a massive part of the beach is gone. They need to make people aware of this, I would not recommend this as a beach resort - it is a wellness resort - the fact that it is on the beach is just - wrong advertising. I would like my money back based on inaccessible beach. Rest of the resort amenities are good. The SPA is amazing. Food is good and the staff are super...

"Inefficient folks at reception-/ checking of individual ids, additions charge for extra adult not added at time of reception, inspection of room before checking out"

"Overall good stay and will be better after the construction work is completed."

"It's a well maintained boutique hotel. The food is very tasty and the staff are very polite and helpful. We were upgraded with a huge family room with a mezzenine floor."

"The worst hotel i'd ever stayed. There was no WIFI even tv was not working and the hot water was brought us by a person running[i guess they took running water too seriously]."

"Below expectations! Disappointing. Renu down property. The cottages were not very well kept. Lot of wear and tear - broken cloth hangers, broken kettle, leaking wash basin etc. silver lining - the ala carte meals were tasty though not much selection in the menu. Buffet was bad! Quite inside from the main area. So no choice except to manage within the property only. However, transport desk efficient. Cabs reasonable. Didn’t take pics. "

"Everything has an old look in the cottage - the view was good but everything from the aircon to fittings were really old and worn out. Getting a Uber from the hotel is a real challenge as there are regular taxi drivers who charge triple the rate waiting at the entrance to turn away our booking. Really frustrating when the hotel can’t help us with this matter."

"Clean, good stuff"

"We spent a wonderful 5 days here in November. Great location among the trees. Woken to birdsong. Staff really helpful and friendly. Star man is the chef Thomas (Thomas Cook as he told us), who served us some brilliant meals. Tip: it’s worth getting a single cottage for the peace and the view "

"No hot water. Lots of mould in the room. Not clean what so ever. Will never be back. Staff did what they could but …."

"De locatie voor bezienswaardigheden is heel goed. Hotel is zeer gedateerd, oud en smerig. Hygiënisch is het ook heel slecht. In badkamer hing aanhoudend riolering lucht. Je moet vragen voor room cleaning. Geen waterkoker aanwezig, op verzoek werd er 1 gebracht, kamer was niet schoon. Op verzoek werd het wel schoon gemaakt. Heel mooie balkon met een prachtige uitzicht, maar vies tot en met. Ontbijt stelde niks voor heel karig. Wij gingen naar een andere restaurant voor onze dagelijkse ontbijt. "
