"This was a wonderful accommodation. My husband and I stayed here 3 nights. The views were incredible. Sadly it rained a lot so we didn’t get to enjoy the beautiful grounds. Star the manager could not be any nicer. Anything we wanted she was there to get it for us. Our rooms were cleaned daily and amazing snack drawer was filled. Refrigerator was filled with drinks and replenished daily. Breakfast was made to order and was delicious. Much better than standard continental breakfasts normally...

"We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Geyser Lookout B&B and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. From the moment we arrived, the owners made us feel so welcome. They live on site and are both very friendly, helpful, and clearly work very hard to ensure every guest has an excellent stay.
Our room was wonderful, with a very large bathroom that felt very spacious. One of the highlights was having our own deck overlooking one of the active geysers at a distance.

"We loved this place! Staff was wonderful, rooms were clean and homey. The location was right next to the lake and couldn’t have been more lovely. It was so private it felt like we were a million miles from anyone else. The only complaint was that the bed was too firm for us. "

"Satyam checked us in and he was very helpful. We had 3 rooms booked. He was ready with our keys and even recognised us by our name when we walked in. That felt so personalised. One of our rooms was on 2nd floor and he helped us with our luggage when he was just passing by and saw my girls bringing their bags up.
Room was very clean
Had Nespresso coffee maker.
There was a microwave and a refrigerator and a stove with kitchen appliances and cookware.

"We had a great stay at Pullman. The room was very spacious, the location is perfect, and the overall value for the price is excellent. The AC was amazing, super strong and kept the room very comfortable, and the bed was very comfortable as well.
There is valet parking available at the hotel for an extra cost, but we didn’t need it since there was street parking available. It’s free from 6pm to 9am, and also free during the day with a time limit of 1–3 hours.
Would happily stay here again."

I was also advised at the time of booking that a late check-out could be arranged on arrival, however when I enquired at the hotel, I was told this wasn’t available. It would have been helpful to have that clarified earlier when planning my stay"

"Wow! What a fantastic holiday park.
On arrival the staff were friendly & helpful. The camp cat was the first to greet us at the steeps what a cutie 😍
The grounds were amazing, Loads of things to keep the kiddies entertained. The common areas were modern, clean and spacious. Thermal pools were hot and very inviting, it's just real shame we never had time to utilise them.
Our cabin exceeded all expections. Clean tidy and modern.

"Place was a dump. Toilet didn’t work properly, television didn’t work, remote needed batteries, wifi didn’t work properly. The food menu wasn’t even close to the pictures on line. It was run down and was a disaster. We paid for two nights but checked out after one.
