"The place was ok, but details said breakfast was included which it wasn’t. When we asked the host he said the 2 dry packs of noodles was “breakfast”. No staff on site most of the day, no housekeeping or toilet paper refills. Room was clean at least and had free laundry machine upstairs, but took several cycles to get dry completely. Not very convenient area and difficult to walk around nearby. "

"I stayed in three different room. The VIP Suite with the rooftop, a floor on the 5th & 6th floor. Each room was comfortable with a 4 out of 5 cleanliness. There is a small ant issue but if you’re not bothered by bugs or animals being in Vietnam, then it’s no big deal. I learned a good trick to keep them Away is with cinnamon or vinegar in the areas they are residing. The rooftop room was super cute, just like the pictures. The flooring on the balcony was loose though, so I’d address that for...

"The place is next to the lake- great location, convenient to come many point of travel place, few steps to The West Lake. Amazing view from Rooftop and bar, lovely design . I love this place, will come back and highly recommend to everyone!"

"Good location"

"Không nhận được phòng"

"I initially booked a smaller room late at night, and the host was very accommodating in upgrading me to a larger suite with a huge window and beautiful view, which I truly appreciated. She communicated consistently and efficiently throughout my stay and was very kind. The location is very central and convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions and restaurants. Overall, I was thankful for the host’s responsiveness and hospitality."

"I really enjoyed my stay. Host was very kind. And room was very clean. Great location."

" I would give it 2 stars. Slept with the furniture and my luggage pushed against the door and worried about my stuff when I went out. Nothing happened so perhaps I was paranoid and it's an interesting neighborhood, very:"authentically Vietnamese " as they say. I developed some silly, Western urge to eat something "substantial " and eat it sitting in a chair, not on a stool, and probably walked 3 kilometers before I found such a place. I thought about staying longer, but that seemed silly,...
