Kalika was just what we needed for one night in Niagara Falls. Very basic, but clean, comfortable rooms, and an included Continental breakfast. They did have yogurt which was a bonus for me. The pool and the restaurant were not operational, but the price for one night a 10-15 minute walk from the Falls couldn't be beat!! The motel next door was over twice the price we paid! Free parking was also a huge bonus for this area. Would definitely recommend, if you are looking for a budget option within walking distance of the Falls.

The property is very convenient and close to the nearby Falls and restaurants surrounding. I enjoyed the free parking and the friendly staff. The room was clean upon arrival. We stayed multiple nights but the room was not cleaned while we were out during the day which seems strange. We never ate the breakfast so not sure about that.

The staff was kind and helpful, no issues with checking in or out. In the room, it was very humid and there was mold in the shower. It also smelt like mildew throughout the room and felt very damp. Otherwise, the bed linens and towels were clean and the AC worked well. The breakfast was also a nice amenity and the selection was more than I was expecting.

This place is such a hidden gem! I met my friend here in niagara falls for vacation and she paid way more at a different hotel and this one was cleaner, newer, etc. Recently renovated and you can tell! The only downfall i did find was there are no mirrors in the room itself just one in the bathroom over the sink which was hard to get ready with. Prime location to walk to the falls or anything in the vicinity! Would definitely stay again!
