"I liked the hotel and location. Just one thing. I booked the hotel because it has a bath tub due to a health condition eased by a bath at night. The first room had no plug and no way to keep the water in, as checked by the person on front desk. They kindly moved me to another room but the same issue was there. I couldn't be doing with moving a third time so wasn't too well the next day for work."

"Our room was very clean and comfortable with a good amount of space and a nice dining-type table, small fridge, microwave, and individual coffee maker with regular caffeinated coffee pouches and coffee 'condiments' provided. "There was a couple of people directly above our room that decided to have a fight in their room just before midnight. We were both waken by this disturbance. It settled down quickly, so we figured someone called it in. Not sure if we will stay here again."

"I stay here every time I'm in Batavia. Wish the horses were always racing though. Walking distance to great restaurant, Alex's. Great restaurant right in the casino. Bartenders were very friendly in casino and never waited for a drink. Continental breakfast is wonderful. Have your pick of just about anything. Maids were super friendly also. Great place."
