"I loved everything about the casino. The staff, the shows. Everything was clean and well kept. Only thing I didn't like was paying 7.50 for a cup of coffee. I think coffee and water should be free at all times."

"This comes from a first time going there.The hotel itself was great everyone was friendly and helpful as a gambler I feel almost all the machines you had to fill up different pots to get a chance to win something, to get alot of playtime if you know what I mean.We were there for 2 days and at different times,but it just seem like no one was winning"

"The rooms aren’t cleaned every day. When you check in, you’ll be given a paper explaining that housekeeping is only provided on the third day, though you can request fresh towels if needed."

I wish the area was a little better built up. A lot of businesses closed but the grounds of hotel and restaurant inside made up for it. Plus easy drive to amazing areas. "This hotel is about one block from the Niagara park entrance and about a 15 minute walk to the horseshoe falls. Excellent location with gift shops and plenty of small food places within 2 blocks. We stayed two nights early June 2026. Be sure to sign up for the over the falls tour. It is fantastic if you're visiting this area."

"On our check-in, the front desk had a strong smell of marijuana. The desk manager appeared to be under the influence of marijuana. He had been smoking with another employee out front as we entered. Our room was not serviced after our first night. The desk manager said they could not clean our room because the cleaning staff was gone for the day. (this was about 3:30 in the afternoon.) The shower soap bottle was empty when we first arrived in our room and the employee said they had no more...

"The room and bed were comfortable. The air conditioner worked great. Location is convenient. Breakfast selection is great."
