Dear Kim, we are sorry your stay did not match your expectations, we are a 2 stars aparthotel and we do our best to give the best services to our guest, we are sorry you had problems with the facilities in your apartment, please believe that if we had know this during your stay we would immediately asked our technicien to fix it, after your departure our cleaning team reported this issue to us and so we fix it right away, we are sorry the scaffolding bothered you, this work is required for the safety and maintenance of the building and it is beyond our control, nonetheless we are glad you liked our location.Best regards
