"We were given an adjoining room, without being told or agreed to, and we could hear everything in the adjoining as if we were with the people in that room. We could even clearly hear what they were watching on TV. This is not acceptable at anytime but when it is still going on at midnight it becomes intolerable."

Since we arrived, we were confronted with one situation to another. Such as: we noticed the entrance and hallway floors were not clean and mop. We got to our bedroom and the iron board was broken.
