"Room had been smoked in. Hope they got the posted $250 cleaning fee. Room sink holding on by one screw maybe. TV turned on but no signal from source. Onsite 'restaurant' only open for breakfast. Extremely dimly lit in there. Hiding something? Poorest excuse for a buffet ever witnessed. Other than that ..."

"Was coming in later than I wanted to because of my shift . So when I got to the hotel to check in they were pulling down the metal shade at the front desk . I got up stairs and opened the door I had 2 beds tried to call let them know I should have a king bed no answer. So just tried to lay down had to work the next morning . Then I started smelling weed smoke . I tried calling the desk and came down the metal shade was down . Others were trying to get someone on the phone as well with no help ....

"Our room was not clean the covers and sheets had stuff all over them. When I went to ask for new sheets and covers he just handed me a hand full of pillow cases.The hallway and room smelt awful the whole time. There were no pool towels for the pool. The floor in my hotel room looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a while. Bathtub was black. Only pro’s was breakfast was good and the pool was big and clean."

"We needed a room that slept 5. We checked in late at night. The manager was there and very nice along with a desk clerk lady. I asked if we could have blankets for the sofa. They don’t have access to blankets and pillows after the housekeeping leaves… so luckily we had a pillow and blanket in car. Apparently these are combined rooms but the extra room has a bathroom, a sofa and chair. The weird chair was icky but it was nice to have another bathroom. "Great hotel for our overnight while traveling between the Midwest and the gulf. We chose an ADA room for our family, which had great space for my teenage kids. The roll-in shower makes the entire bathroom like a shower room, and we preferred it over the bathtub/ shower combo. Front desk / concierge was very helpful and accommodating on arrival. "The room was clean, if the place was a little dated on the decorations. I know hotels go through changes every few years to stay modern, and this one seemed to be at the end of that life cycle."

"Our room was surprisingly nice and comfortable. Our rollaway bed was already made up for us, which was thoughtful. Beds are comfortable. Parking was easy. The night manager was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, both their website and Expedia information say they offer a “grab and go” breakfast - they do not. Even the meager coffee selection was gone before 9:30.
