"First time visiting Nashville Tn. This was the perfect places to stay, super close to downtown Nashville. I was there to see Bruno mars in Nissan Stadium it was walking distance!!!. Staff was super friendly even go lucky for an early check in. "

"The hotel is beautifully designed and the rooms were set up well. The staff at check-in weren’t the best at communicating but responded when I brought it to their attention. The breakfast waiter was very unresponsive and not helpful. The biggest problem is the noise from airplanes taking off from BNA. It’s extremely loud inside the room and was fairly constant daily from 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM during our stay. It’s a good thing I didn’t need to sleep past 5:00 in the morning or it would have been unbearable (they do have ear plugs at the Front Desk which they’ll provide on request). Though it’s a lovely looking hotel with a comfortable bed I probably won’t go back because of the noise level."

"The modern hotel aesthetic is showing time and time again how it will not last the rest of time. In the photos, they look very nice. But when you begin to look up close, there are a flaws. Chipped paint, messed up curtains, crooked shower sliding doors they don’t close properly. If you want to stay at a hotel that you can sleep in for a max of 2 nights, this is the one!"

"Very few reception staff. Always a line. Only 2 housekeeping staff so no towels and incredibly slow. No safe. Only 1 person in bar/restaurant so the wait was very long. He did his best."

"Good location, clean room. Front desk clerk not a good representative of the brand. Before 8 am, breakfast offerings had run out over an hour before breakfast hours. When asked when food would be replenished, desk clerk ( who was eating herself) never looked up from her reading material and simply said, “we ran out”. No sorry, no apology, no gives a damn. She got hers, so who cares. Sounds harsh, but that was the way it came across. Not a way to make anyone want to come back or form brand loyalty."
