"Room was drab. Patches of paint that didn't blend in. Curtains Worn. Worn old art. Refrigerator barely worked. Air conditioning was hit or miss for ideal temperature. Breakfast was fine but nothing special or to get excited about. Started discussing checking out a day early 3 days in advance and the hotel refused to change my booking to reflect that so paid for a night I didn't even stay. Front desk staff was usually somewhere else and I would have to flag them down"

"We booked a room through hotels.com. Received a confirmation number. When we arrived at the hotel, they had no room, no room reservation and no vacancy. We were very disappointed with the hotels.com booking!!!"

"Hotels.com really messed up on this one. My husband and I have been traveling all day. We got to our reservation at 11 o’clock and they did not have the reservation. The hotel manager stayed with us for an hour trying to get through to Hotels.com to get the situation worked out. We ended up having to buy another room. I am trying really hard to get my money back from Hotels.com since we were not able to use this reservation and yet hotels.com had no problem taking our money."

"The place was clean and tidy. the room was excellent. However there were guests that literally stayed up past 3:00 am partying in a room next to mine. the TV was loud and the talking continued. A suggestion, at midnight have someone walk the halls and call rooms that are noisy and ask to be respectful?"
