"Great facilities- quiet area. Close to tram and bus stops. Lovely staff. Good range of food options for breakfast. Would have liked water in the room. Also suggest a vending machine or something for drinks and snacks as there’s nothing open nearby and when you arrive late as I did no way of getting anything to eat or drink. "

"Could not recommend Hotel Residenz Schrannenhof enough! From literally the moment we walked in, we were treated like family and felt fully and wonderfully taken care of. They allowed us to check in early so we could nap after our long trip from the US, given recommendations on restaurants/bars and info on train tickets, and the breakfast was amazing every morning! The staff are incredible and our room was big and perfect. Plus, the hotel is literally right across the street from the train...

"So the room was very clean and comfortable. Check-in was easy as was check-out. There are two supermarkets very close making it very easy to buy supplies. It’s 2 minutes walk to the U4 so very convenient for the centre of Vienna. Rooms were quite with good curtains so this did not hamper sleep. Our only criticism was that the corridors were slightly unpleasant smelling but this didn’t affect the room."
