Everything is clean, well-maintained, and has that “just opened” energy that’s honestly hard to find anywhere. From the parking lot to the lobby to the rooms — nothing feels worn out or dated. The hard floor rooms are a great touch, easy to keep clean and just look sharp. The layout is smart, the beds are comfortable, and the overall vibe is modern without being over-the-top. But what really sets this hotel apart is the amenities. They have a 24/7 Lavazza coffee station — and if you know coffee, you know Lavazza is a top-tier Italian brand. Having that available around the clock is a genuine luxury, not just a gimmick. On top of that, there’s a pool table and a solid selection of table games in the common area, making it easy to relax and actually enjoy your downtime. The security deposit is only $50, which is very fair and stress-free compared to other hotels in this category. Service was friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our entire stay. "The room was very dirty. It had not been vacuumed the toilet had hairs. When we went to use the sofa bed it was not made up. It had a dirty mattress cover but the worst, it was covered in black mold and blood. It was one of the worst things I have ever seen in a hotel room. The mattress was paper thin and looked like 20 + years old. When I complained to staff, I got no apologies no offer to change it. Which told me the other rooms sleeper sofas were probably in the same condition. It was room 322. We couldn’t sleep after we saw and were sickened and wondering what the King mattress we were sleeping on looked like but too afraid to look. "

"We parked our car on the street. Breakfast was good. Room clean. We had a little bit problem with the shower, because water flow was very slow and it took longer than usual to take shower. Also, on the hotel website there info that hotel is pet friendly, but after checking more deeply, it turned out that this hotel allows to bring only dogs. If we were aware of this at booking , we would consider another hotel. "

"It was meh. Could use some deep cleaning and refreshing of mattresses. Sometimes old things look dirty even if clean. Very convenient location - across from shopping, food and coffee! Front desk was kind and welcoming. Lots of parking. Regrettably I thought they had a lounge or pool but it’s on me for not doing the research."

"This hotel was beautiful. Very clean and the staff was very helpful. They bake fresh cookies every day that are free at the front desk and they also have gluten-free options. I was having trouble with my TV. They came up to help and they brought me free chocolate for my inconvenience."
