餐廳的服務人員服務非常好，時常面帶笑容，讓住客覺得親切愉快。可惜，今天12/3/2024，退房時，櫃檯的皮膚黝黑的男性員工，表現非常不耐煩，令人覺得錯愕，這是傳統日式旅館的服務嗎？其他員工的努力，被他一個人給破壞了！！
