"The room was clean and well stocked with everything that we needed. The staff was professional and courteous. Why is it construction on the main lobby taking so long ‼️"
"I was genuinely impressed with my stay! The room had clearly been updated and was modern, clean, and surprisingly spacious. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a great night's sleep.
The standout feature for me was the shower. Excellent water pressure paired with a rain shower head made it feel like a little luxury after a long day.
One thing to note for anyone specifically booking for the amenities: the pool was not operational during my stay. It didn't affect my visit since I wasn't planning to swim, but I wanted to mention it as a recent update for others.
Overall, this was an awesome stay, and I'd absolutely choose this hotel again when I'm in the South Bend area. Great value, comfortable accommodations, and a pleasant surprise all around!"
"Room very large and had plenty of room. Beds were comfortable. Only two negatives was that the walls were pretty thin and the neighbor had their tv up extremely loud and we could hear that as we wouldn’t have been able to sleep. I complained on the app, and not too much after a message (that I presume went to manager) the volume was turned down and it was a lot better. Shower room was very small compared to the rest of the room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of food nearby as well and a central location to Notre Dame and other locations in South Bend."
