Breakfast was supposed to be included as per the advertising on Expedia, but was not available. The dining area has been converted to living area for owner. The owner drove us to the train station twice. Once to get a ticket on the day of our arrival and again to get to our train. The owner also arranged laundry washing for us

La chambre est spacieuse et confortable. 2 lits, 2 fauteuils, 2 chaises, grande télé, C'est très tranquille, il y a environ 8 chambres. La propriétaire est gentille et serviable. Elle parle un peu anglais. Le seul point négatif est que la chambre était annoncée avec petit déjeuner inclus et restaurant. Il n'y a aucun restaurant et pas de petit déjeuner offert. C'est dommage, car il n'y a pas de restos offrant un déjeuner style occidental aux alentours.

Hôtel assez bien située. Tous les hôtels de partout dans le monde ont un moment donné une clientèle désagréable. On a eu des voisins bruyants mais grâce à la propriétaire elle nous a facilité le lendemain et excusé de tout. On nous a même offert le transport pour Tam Coc!!!

Wonderful stay in this hotel to visit surroundings
We strongly recommend this hotel for any people visiting Ninh Binh surroundings. The Hotel manager is a model of kindness and is always willing to help and support to improve your touristic experience. Good ice tea, ice-cream and street food next to the hotel.

Please do yourself a favor and stay here. It is very professionally run and will help you enjoy your stay in Ninh Binh. Need a bicycle? Need a motorcycle? Want to book a tour? The manager will help you at breakfast each day. The omelettes are fantastic!

Ninh Binh Accommodation Gem
Ngoc Anh Hotel 2 wa a beaut surprise in the ordinary provincial town of Ninh Binh. The rooms were quite spacious, clean and well appointed. The staff were very friendly and helpful with the Senior Manager exceptionally so, his English being near perfect and his organisation of the nearby tours of Tam Coc and Trang An being spot on. The Hotel was located near main intersection for easy walking access to local restaurants. Right up there with the best boutique Hotels in Vietnam. John of Brisbane

We really enjoyed our stay at this very central hotel. Staff were great, very friendly, organised good trips for us at reasonable cost. Breakfast was excellent. Everything is spotless. Bed was really comfortable. Recommended.

Clean, well maintained
Rooms are large, clean and well maintained. I saw a one of their housekeeping staff using a tooth brush to fastidiously clean the tile grouting outside my room. Their manager is eager to assist guests with whatever needs they have, sometime protectively hovering nearby when guests book a taxi. He also helped me buy my train tickets onto Hue. Breakfasts always come with a substantial fruit plate, choice of eggs or pho, freshly squeezed orange juice and, of course, great Vietnamese coffee. As is true for most hotels, wi-fi was adequate. If you really need bandwidth, you're better off getting a SIM card and setting up your smartphone as a hot spot. If you're staying in Ninh Binh, you can't go wrong at this hotel.

Awesome Hotel
This is an excellent hotel to stay at in Ninh Binh. Far better than other more expensive places to stay. The staff is awesome and they go above and beyond to assist you in navigating the town. they also have very reasonably priced motorbikes for rent. Highly recommended!

Good hotel; Big breakfast; stunning local scenery
Very happy experience at the Ngoc Anh Hotel 2. Extremely helpful staff who will organise and advise on all Vietnam matters. Great breakfast. Large clean comfortable cool rooms. I spent a half day on the back of a moped touring the surrounding countryside with Ben. They would have come to the railway station and helped me buy my train tickets if I had needed their assistance. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough .

Feel clean and tidy for stay a night and the host of inn is very kindly and passionate, the space of room is enough and comfortable for 1 to 2 persons, breakfast also great! Anyway, if you had a opportunity to choose the inn for stay in Ninh Binh, it worth to give it a shot.

Friendly and helpful Ninh Binh hotel
Nice quietish hotel on a main road in Ninh Binh. Reception was very good and helpful; they let us have a shower after we'd checked out before our onward overnight train journey. Plenty of free cold water on offer, which was nice. They arranged a car and driver for the further-out sights (Tam Coc, Trang An, and so on), which worked well, although possibly a bit pricey. A nice place to stay but staying in Tram Coc might have been more convenient - we arrived on a late train, so had little choice. Breakfasts were fine.

Desde nuestra llegada todo fueron atenciones. Nos dejaron una habitación para ducharnos a las 6:00 am hasta que tuvieron preparada la nuestra. Excelente desayuno, buenos consejos para las visitas y restaurantes, organización de tour a Halong Bay. En resumen, hotel regentado por buenos profesionales. Buena relación calidad precio.

Great staff, central location, decent room
This hotel is in the central of the area, so if you are looking to go to many places around Ninh binh, then this is a good choice. Some people recommend staying out of the city to get a better experience, but I would say that a central location allows you to go to many places. The staff is incredibly friendly; they helped us with many things, even let us shower way after we checked in. However, I do not recommend booking any tours or extras through the hotel. The motorbikes are a bit overpriced for the area, and the bus they booked for us back to Hanoi was very very bad (for the price). For example, we took the limo bus for 140K from Hanoi to HCMC (max of 6 seats). When we booked it back via the hotel, we were expecting a similar quality for the same price (140K). However, we were crammed on a 40 seat bus of only foreigners (if there are only foreigners, you know its overpriced). The bus experience isn't the staff's fault at all, but just want to warn you all to book your trips seperately from the hotel.

Exceptional comfort and service!
Hotel staff could not be more helpful and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. Beds are large, clean, and comfortable. Air conditioning and wifi are strong. Bathroom is modern with great hot&cold water (sometimes you need a cold shower in this heat!). Breakfast is very filling with choice of omelette or eggs, toast, banana pancake, fruit, juice, and incredible coffee. The host helped us find great food nearby and helped us book train tickets. He even picked them up for us and brought us to the train station. They have bicycles and motorbikes to rent for taking tours nearby. We sadly didn't use them, and stayed inside the whole time, because of a stomach bug. Loved this hotel and the staff and would highly recommend them to anyone passing through Ninh Binh.

田舎のホテルで清潔ンホテルではなかった。ニンビンツアーでしたのでニンビンに宿泊しました。 窓、ドアが古く安全面で少し不安なところもありました。

Sehr nettes Personal, sauber & zentral gelegen.
Das Hotelpersonal kümmerte sich rührend um die Gäste. Alle sehr freundlich. Auch das vom Hotel vermittelte Mopedfahrer die den Tagesausflug (18 Dollar plus Eintritte) machte einen guten Job und fuhr anständig. ;-) Nur mein Bett war etwas hart. Das muss man mögen. Beim Frühstück kein Buffet sondern a la Card. Die Bananenpfannkuchen waren köstlich! Gegenüber befindet sich ein Travellercafe, das leckere Burger macht.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff

Ngoc Anh Hotel in Ninh Binh is great value
Ngoc Anh Hotel in Ninh Binh is great value for your money. It's no frills, but the host was excellent and the room super clean and the shower super hot. It's in a great location to discover the area and close to excellent eats (which the host will guide you to). You could rent bicycles and motor bikes from the hotel for a steal, and that was the best way to see the area. The host was the best thing about this hotel. He was super helpful and responded to our needs every time.

Customer Service can't be beat
The customer service at this hotel is exceptional. Phuong, the manager speaks excellent English and is so helpful. He had great suggestions and assisted us with taxis and car transfers. The room is lovely but the twin beds are quite hard. The breakfast has a huge variety and you can order off the menu.

Good value, nice, clean and very friendly service.
We loved our stay at this hotel. For the price we paid, we though there was an excellent value. Breakfast was very good and plentiful, the room was clean, comfortable and spacious. We rented a motorbike to go to visit the area. The service was excellent and they looked well after us providing few recommendations for local restaurant to try out. They also organised a pick up transport for us to Hanoi with a company called "XE Vietnam" (which was fantastic - like a support comfortable min van limousine service!) for a very good price.

Perfekter Aufenthalt
Wir sind schon in vielen Hotels gewesen - das Ngoc Anh Hotel 2 zählt zu unseren besten Erfahrungen! Wir wurden kostenlos mit dem Auto am Rande von Ninh Binh abgeholt. Nach einer langen Anreise ist dies optimal. Eine sehr nette Frau nahm uns in Empfang. Bei einem frisch gepressten Orangensaft erklärte sie uns, wo die Sehenswürdigkeiten liegen und welche man wann am besten besichtigt. Das Hotel bietet auch verschiedene Touren an, jedoch ist es auch kein Problem sich auf eigene Faust auf den Weg zu machen. Es wird einem keine Tour aufgezwungen. Mopeds und Fahrräder können zu angemessenen Preisen unkompliziert ausgeliehen werden. Wir bekamen ein kostenloses Zimmer-Upgrade. Das Zimmer war zwar nicht sehr groß, jedoch sehr sauber und modern. Das Badezimmer ist geräumig und frisch renoviert - perfekt! Das Frühstück wird a la carte bestellt. So wird es stets frisch zubereitet - das schmeckt man auch. Man kann zwischen „europäischem“ und „vietnamesischen“ Frühstück wählen. Für jeden ist etwas dabei. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und die Atmosphäre familiär. Gleichzeitig arbeiten sie sehr professionell. Es ist eine perfekte Mischung. So haben wir uns während unseres Aufenthalts sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir können das Hotel ausnahmslos weiterempfehlen.
