"The hotel was fabulous despite a rainstorm prior to my visit. Tiên was wonderful- he went above and beyond to ensure things were comfortable throughout my stay, including providing recommendations and support. The breakfast and dinner was excellent. The staff is working very hard to make your visit comfortable and enjoyable. We are glad we went. Not sure we would stay there again though."

The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They arranged a private driver for our trip back to Hanoi, making our travel plans simple and stress-free. Breakfast was another highlight. The staff paid attention to the little details and noticed how much we enjoyed the fresh...
