"A very charming and beautiful hotel. Just like the pictures, exceptional details and design. Quiet location. Nice bicycle paths. Attentive staff. A great stay."
"We (family of four (2 + 2 adult children)) stayed for 2 nights in June.
Location: hotel is located away from the main tourist area and so nowhere is walkable. The hotel does have bicycles free to use which we took to cycle through some rice fields to a local village (few km round trip and flat).
Rooms: large and clean. Bathrooms the same. Still with small towels - like the rest of Vietnam hotels it seems.
Pool was lovely - water warm, large towels provided and drinks available.

"This is the kind of hotel that all travellers expect but seldom find. Here it ticks all the boxes , I could not find a single fault. It was perfect. "My family and I stayed 4 days, throughout the entire stay the staff was extremely hospitable! The whole experience was amazing and the scenery was breathtaking! The hotel was in a great location, it was just about 10 mins outside of the city but with a grab or moped easily accessible. I recommend this place 100% for your stay in Ninh Bihn! "The hotel was just amazing. Having been told by the staff that it had been renovated and opened again only three months ago. They welcomed us with fresh orange juice upon our arrival. "We arrived early in the morning and were made very welcome and offered an early room check in. Bai Dinh Garden is gorgeous and the whole property is spread out making every cottage very personal and quiet. Big comfy beds and a great big bath. All the staff here are friendly and attentive. We booked a fantastic tour to Trang An and Bai Dinh Pagoda, which surprised and amazed us.
