"This hotel was very disappointing after seeing reviews and pictures online. To start on a positive, it is very beautiful outside and in summer I can imagine it he pool is lovely. However, there were several disappointing aspects to our stay. Firstly, the lack of hot water. I did go to reception and she informed me there was a switch for the hot water (not sure why I wasn’t told this at check in), however when this was switched on we still had no hot water for our stay.
