"This hotel property is located fairly close to the airport. The lobby area was relatively new but I noticed that there was no air conditioning in the seating area, which made the lobby stuffy and warm. The designated guest area had a odour to it that was difficult to explain ( slight sewage smell ). But the staff at check in were extremely warm and helpful. "The rooms are good. I do believe they could us some maintenance. The outlets are very loose. Trying to plug in a phone is difficult when the plug falls out of the jack.

"The property has insect problems. Took over 24hrs for them to even address my concern and then change my room. New room was adequate but then the microwave didn’t work. At this point i was fed up and just dealt with it until i checked out. Will not stay at this property again!"

"I needed a place to stay for 8 hours since I had a midnight flight and was unable to book a half day rate at the hotel I was staying at the previous 3 nights.
It was clean but Sogo seemed designed for couple checking in without luggage and probably not spending the night (if you get my meaning).
It was worth the price just to have a place to leave my luggage and head to Mall of Asia to waste time before my flight.
One clean sheet on the bed and the bedding and towels came in a plastic bag."
