"Highly recommend, especially for first time travelers looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel is thoughtfully mapped, rooms were well designed and the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Be sure to check out the breakfast (you save ¥200 if you book night before). Super easy walk (albeit takes a few times to navigate properly) to a major hub. Walkable to Ueno Park, Asakusa, and Jimbocho."

"The hotel is located in a convenient location just across the street from the Ueno Park. Inside the hotel though, things are not that nice. The room is very cramped. Two people can hardly turn around in the room. Though the room has AC, the room gets cold when AC is on and hot when it's not. Never a happy medium. I initially looked at this hotel because it was built quite recently. However, by looking at it, you wouldn't know it's newish hotel. Did not have a good stay there. Won't stay...
